Omu-Aran Agog as Chief Ademola Ajiboye Idowu becomes ONIGEMO OF IGBOMINÓ LAND OMU-ARAN

Omu-Aran Agog last weekend as the Olomu of Omu Aran,His Royal Majesty,Óbá Abdulraheem Oladele Adeoti Olomu Efon ll conferred a chieftaincy title on Chief Ademola Ajiboye Idowu as the ONIGEMO OF IGBOMINÓ LAND,OMU-ARAN.

 


It was in grand style as thousands of well wishers both home and abroad witnessed the installation ceremony of ONIGEMO OF IGBOMINÓ LAND OMU-ARAN in Irepódun Local Government Area of Kwara State.

 


Speaking at the event, High Chief Ademola Ajiboye,the ONIGEMO OF IGBOMINÓ LAND OMU-ARAN said his joy knows no bound while giving thanks to God for being alive to witness the Epoc making event and equally showed appreciation to the Olomu Efon ll,HRM Óbá Abdulraheem Oladele Adeoti and Olomu in council for counting him worthy to serve in the capacity as one his chief in ‘Olomu in council’.

Onigemo prayed God’s guidance and direction on the Olomu Efon ll as he leads the community,prayed for progress of Omu-Aran as well as sons and daughters both home and abroad.
High chief Ajiboye pledged his loyalty to Óbá Abdulraheem Oladele as the Olomu as well as ‘Olomu in council’.
Earlier at the installation ceremony,HRM Óbá Abdulraheem Oladele and ‘olomu in council’ performed all the rites on High chief Ademola Ajiboye as the ONIGEMO OF IGBOMINÓ LAND OMU-ARAN and prayed God’s wisdom for the ONIGEMO as he becomes a member of ‘Olomu in council’.
Highlights of the occasion were installation ceremony,traditional rites, cultural display by troops and celebration among others.
