The Member, Representing Omala State Constituency in the Kogi State House of Assembly, Hon. Umar Yahaya has assured the family of late Salome Adaidu recently murdered that the Kogi State Government has swing into action with the view to ensuring that justice prevails.
Hon. Umar gave the assurance when he
paid a condolence visit to the family of the Late Salome Adaidu who was allegedly murdered by Timileyin Ajayi last weekend at Nasarawa State.
Late Salome Adaidu hails from Omala LGA of Kogi State, was a serving corp member with Nicon Insurance Abuja.
The Lawmaker during the condolence visit met with the Grandmother, Mother, Uncles, Sisters and other members of the Late Salome Adaidu family, assured that no stone would be left unturned in ensuring that justice prevails on the murder of the deceased.
Hon. Umar expressed sadness that the promising life of Salome Adaidu was suddenly cut short, assured the family that all hands are on deck towards ensuring that justice is served.
Hon. Umar consoled the family, pointing out that the loss is one too many for people of the State, particularly people of Omala LGA, assured that justice will certainly prevail.
Hon Umar assured that the State Government has taken up the matter so that appropriate action will be taken for justice to prevail.
