The newly registered “Yinka Martins Drive” is the road leading to the Lagos residence of the renowned Real Estate broker, Dr Akeem Olayinka-Martins, situated along the ever busy Governor Road in Ikotun, under Igando-Ikotun Local Council Development Area in Alimosho Local Government area of Lagos State.
The letter of approval signed by the the LCDA Council manager,L.O. Dada reads;
I have to refer to your application dated 25th December,2022 in respect of a Drive at Ikotun within Igando LCDA.

The Drive has been approved to be named “Yinka Martin’s street, Ikotun.
