Captain Timi Iyela, Leading aspirant for the PDP 2023 ticket for the Okene/Ogori Magongo Federal Constituency election says his aspiration is hinged on his capacity to offer quality representation.
The aspirant added too that his aspiration on the second leg is to correct the marginalization of Ogori Magongo to be elected to the National Assembly since the advent of the nascent democracy.
Captain Timi Iyela spoke at the sidelines of the ongoing screening of National Assembly PDP aspirants in Lokoja, lamented that after twenty years of democracy, the people of Ogori Magongo LGA have been marginalized.
The Commercial Pilot and 33year old PDP aspirant says his exposure and experience, places him at a vantage to offer quality representation.
He said his energy and age, would make him an active and not a sleeping lawmaker if elected, promised a fresh of breath air from what obtains in the past if he is elected.
He said the people of Ogori Magongo Federal Constituency should use 2023 to correct the imbalance against the people of Ogori Magongo LGA in the National Assembly, pointing out that the area has capable hands to offer quality representation but have over the years been sidelined.
He says he look forward to a platform that would bring the aspirants to a negotiating table to a consensus in favour of his aspiration, added that even in a free and fair primaries, he will emerge victorious…. Continue reading
