The Ogohi Onu Anyigba, Alhaji Shaibu Okolo has felicitated with Muslims on the occasion of Eid Il Kabir celebration, calling for sober reflection on the essence of the season.
In a Sallah message, the Ogohi Onu Anyigba emphasized the need for understanding among religious adherents, noting that prophet Muhammed exhibited total love for humanity.
He advised Muslims to imbibe the spirit of love, stressing that sacrifice, love and obedience should be their watchwords.
The traditional ruler said everything should be done in order to further meet the yearning and aspirations of the various religions.
He also urged the Muslims to continue to show love, discipline and courage to make Kogi a better place for all.
Alhaji Shaibu Okolo alao commended Governor Yahaya Bello for ensuring the completion of Ogane Aji gully erosion project among other legacy projects.
The Ogohi Onu Anyigba felicitated with the Governor and members of Kogi state executive Council, the traditional institution, Muslim ummah and Anyigba community on the occasion of the celebration.
