Officials of the Ododo Youth Center yesterday feted with the Special Assistant on Domestic Affairs to the Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Bello Muktar on his birthday in Lokoja.
The group led by its Director General, Comr. Oladele John Nihi said the visit was to celebrate with a man popularly known as Senator, whom he described as a worthy leader who isn’t only serving diligently but also using his means to empower young people in the state.
Nihi noted that Senator deserves all the accolades he is getting from friends and well wishers from all over the state because he has contributed immensely to the growth of youths his town and the state in general.
He described him as a fine gentle man who has the knack for results in his service to his principal Governor Yahaya Bello whose quest is to improve and better the lives of the people of Kogi State.
Nihi noted that they are aware of the celebrant’s contributions to the actualization of the mandate of the APC candidate, Alhaji Usman Ododo in the forthcoming governorship election, and further solicited his partnership with the youth center to advance the course in coming days.
Responding, Hon. Bello Muktar appreciated the group for the visit and commended Comr. Nihi for always putting his right foot forward.
He expressed optimism in the victory of the APC and it’s governorship candidate in the November election and pledged to give maximum support to the Ododo Youth Center in her movement to mobilize youths and students for the victory.
