
…. Reiterates Resolves to Take Council to Next Level

A frontline Chairmanship aspirant ahead the forthcoming election of the National Youth Council, Comr. Ben Jerry has reiterated his resolve to consolidate on the gains thus far made by the NYCN in the State.

Comr. Ben gave the assurances while on campaign tour of the nine Local Government Areas in the Kogi East Senatorial District, expressed confidence that he has what it takes to move the council forward.

While at Idah Federal Constituency, precisely at the Amana’s Palace in Itobe, Comr. Ben sought the Royal Father’s blessings, assured that he will strive to enthrone lasting legacies.

He assured the critical NYCN Stakeholders from Idah Federal Constituency of delivering on his campaign promises of repositioning the council if elected.
He urged them to repose confidence on him which he noted will not be placed, said his tenure in the council which has been acknowledged by many as rewarding, has adequately prepared him for the task ahead.
The Council of Muslim Ulamas and Ofu Stakeholders variously offered prayers for blessings and the successful aspiration of Comr. Ben Jerry.
While in Dekina Bassa Federal Constituency, Comr. Ben Jerry said his stay in the council has exposed him to what the council needs to move forward, appealed to their support, which he promised would be highly appreciated with greater work.
He promised to unite the NYCN in the State, assured that if elected he will strive to break walls of barriers, promised a council where tribe and religion will not matter.
While at Ankpa Federal Constituency, Comr. Ben Jerry thanked the Stakeholders for their massive support for his aspiration, assured of a better dawn, an era in which members will speak with one voice.
He promised to leaverage on the love Gov. Yahaya Bello has for Kogi State NYCN to appeal for more support and Empowerment, said he will build a council where there will be a harmonious working relationship between Government and the NYCN as well seek many other to empower them in governance.
The Chairmanship hopeful rounded up his tour of the East with a meeting with stakeholders of Olamaboro LGA, assured that he will not let them down if elected.
He showed praises on Gov. Yahaya Bello and Chief Edward Onoja, described them as icon of Youths in the State, wished Gov. Bello success in his Presidential aspiration.
He concluded by saying with what the Kogi Youths have enjoyed, the Youths of the country will be better for it under a Gov. Bello’s presidency charged the Youths to remain resolute in their support for him in 2023.
