Nigeria @ 64: SSA on Student Affairs Congratulates Gov. Ododo, urges Kogites to remain resolute in building a prosperous State.
Comr. Isah Emmanuel Ojodunwene, Senior Special Assistant on Student Affairs to the Kogi State Governor, has urged Kogites to remain resolute in their belief in Nigeria’s prosperous future.
The SSA in a statement to mark the nation’s 64th Independence Anniversary expressed optimism, said, “the ship of Kogi State under the leadership of Gov. Usman Ahmed Ododo as Chief servant is sailing in the right direction” stating that the administration is striving to revamp and restore the state’s economy and improve the living standards of its citizens.
Comr. Mario as he is fondly called emphasized that Kogi State was on the right trajectory in terms of development and economic growth.
The SSA commended the Security efforts of the present administration in the state, lauded the security agencies for their remarkable contributions in handling security challenges inherited by the current administration.
According to the statement, the SSA disclosed that there was verifiable evidence that the state has made significant progress in the areas of agriculture, healthcare, transportation and other critical sectors since the inception of the administration eight months ago.
Comr. Isah Emmanuel Ojodunwene, particularly called on students and youths in the State to remain supportive of the present administration of Gov Ododo and President Ahmed Bola Tinubu, pointing out that in the State, the administration has empowered students and Youth in an unprecedented manner.
The SSA praised the leadership style of Gov. Ododo, which according to him has restored peace and security to the state. He highlighted significant improvements on road networks especially within urban towns in the state, prompt and regular payment of pensioners and civil servants and the serenity of the state capital.
He prayed that God will use the government of Kogi State to teach those across all levels of leadership how to lead and prioritize the people first.
He prayed for a greater future for the people of Kogi State and sought the continued collaboration of the citizens of the state.
