The Convener, Congress for Better Nigeria, Barr. Zaccaeus Dare Michael has described as commendable the dragging of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission to court by the Kogi State Government.

The Convener, who also doubles as the Legal Adviser, Yahaya Bello Network, called on the Judiciary to expedite action on the matter.
The Convener said the outcome of the Judicial process, would serve as a deterrent to others, lamented that the EFCC erred from the beginning.
Barr. Dare commended the State Government for the bold Initiative to head to court, insisting that it has once again vindicated the State Government that it has nothing to hide.
Barr. Dare described the Gov. Bello’s administration as one that has ensured due processes in its Financial dealings and accountability, expressed optimism that at the end, the state government will be vindicated.
