Mukadam Asiwaju Asiru Idris,FCA mourns the shocking demise of Hajia Rekiya Alfa
The Honourable Commissioner of Finance,Budget and Economic Planning, Kogi State, Mukadam Asiwaju Asiru Idris,FCA has expressed deepest condolences on the painful transition of Hajia Rekiya Alfa, popularly known as Hajia London.
Asiwaju, in his tribute to mourn her demise, said hajia Rekiyas death is fiercely shocking and devastating, to say the least. He asserts that Hajia london is not an immortal, but the incident still appears unbelievable because she was a woman who lived her life for the good of humanity and the development of community
In his words ” Hajia Rekiya was a mother to many, myself inclusive whose words of encouragement, unwavering support and chastisement when necessary can not be wished away, rather it has helped in shaping my leadership journey. She was a woman who loved humanity genuinely and her passion to witness an okun land where sustenable peace, unassailable unity, and development takes the centre stage are uncompromising. ”
“She was a beacon of hope and a source of inspiration to many, embodying selflessness and genuine love for humanity. We are sorely pained and saddened by her demise, but we find solace in the unquestionable will of the Almighty God.”
As we mourn this great loss, we also honour the remarkable life she lived and the legacy of service compassion, dedication, and love she left behind.
May Almighty God grant her soul eternal rest and give all her family and everyone that crossed her path the fortitude to bear this irreplaceable loss.
