Mallam Bala Idrisu, the Managing Director of Renaissance Logistics and Supplies limited has emerge as the Kogi State Governorship Candidate of the National Rescue Movement.
Mall. Bala emerged at the Party’s Gubernatorial Congress, held at Papinda hotel, assured of Good Governance if Elected.
The NRM Governorship candidate who emerged through a consensus by the party delegates, lamented the increase level of poverty and decayed infrastructure.
The Primary was witnessed by the Independent National Electoral Commission officials.
Announcing the result in Lokoja, the Returning Officer for the election said having met with the requirements, Mall. Bala has been returned elected, will fly the flag of the NRM as the Governorship Candidate.
According to the Returning Officer, all the delegates accredited for the primary in a voice vote affirmed the candidature of Mall Bala.
Mall Bala promised to reposition the State for the betterment of the people if elected, thanked the delegates for finding him worthy, promised to justify the confidence reposed on him.
