Maigari of Lokoja Gives Royal Blessings To Ali Atinpo Foundation Care Community Outreach
… Urges well meaning individuals to emulate support for the indigents.
The Maigari of Lokoja, HRH Alhaji Ibrahim Gambo Kabir Maikarfi IV, has given his Royal blessings for the commencement of the Ali Atinpo Foundation Care Community Outreach.
The Paramount Ruler and Chairman, Lokoja LGA Traditional Council endorsed the Community Outreach, describing health as wealth.
The Maigari gave his blessings to the Community Outreach when he received in audience the Convener of the Ali Atinpo Foundation Care Community Outreach, Suleiman Jamal.
The Traditional Ruler commended the initiative of the Convener, described it as laudable and commendable for thinking about intervening in the health care needs of people of the State.
He called on other well meaning individuals in the State to emulate the gesture of the Convener of the Outreach, pointing out that the time for people to complement the efforts of the State Government in the support to the vulnerable is now.
The Traditional Ruler prayed for the Convener of the Outreach, wished the team Members a successful intervention as they traverse the length and breadth of the State.
Earlier in her remarks, the spokesperson of the Ali Atinpo Foundation Care Community Outreach,
Comr. Asmau, said the foundation which has been in existence is set to commence the 2024 health outreach across the State.
The program she disclosed would offer the indigent the opportunity to be treated of ailments and where necessary, carry out surgeries as the case maybe.
She said the team felt it wise to seek for the Royal Father’s blessings, since the Convener of the Outreach is a son of Lokoja LGA.
Highlights of the visit to the Traditional Ruler was the presentation of kits and other souvenir that would be used for the outreach.
Others members of the Community Outreach that visited the Maigari of Lokoja include Yussuff Bonanza, Hon Godfrey Adekoye (Stakeholder) and Comr. Asmau, who doubles as the spokesperson.
