In a suit No UACIL / CUF /33 / 2021 which is supposed to be mentioned today the 6 th of October , 2021 at Upper Area Court 1 , Lokoja , the case has been adjourned to 1 st day of November , 2021 for mention .
The newly elected executives are challenging Dr. Muhammed Kebir Ibrahim for breach of the provision of the Constitution and are seeking legal redress over the matter.
