Kogi State Primary Health Care Development Agency (KSPHCDA) under the Basic Health Care Provision Fund (BHCPF) project, hereby invites interested suitably qualified Nurses/Midwives for employment for selected Primary Health Care Centres (PHCS) in Kogi State.
**CATEGORY A:*
Newly qualified midwives from Schools of Midwifery in Kogi State who are indigenes.*
*Requirements:*
1. Application Letter.
2. Curriculum Vitae (CV)
3. Educational Qualifications (B.Sc Nursing Sciences, RN RM, SSCE FSLC) (Note that Statement of result is not acceptable).
4. Certificate of Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria
5. Current practicing license
6. Testimonial from the institution of training
7. Certificate of State/LGA of Origin
8. Local Government identification Letter.
9. Age declaration or Birth certificate.
10. Two (2) passport photographs.
(CV and credentials in five (5) copies)
11. Computer literacy will be an added advantage.
*Condition of Service:*
Successful applicants shall serve for a minimum of one (1) year in selected Primary Health Care Facilities across the State (preferably your LGA of origin).
*CATEGORY B. Experienced Nurses/Midwives:*
*Requirements:*
a. Same as in category A above.
b. Minimum of three (3) years post qualification experience
*Condition of service :*
Contract appointment.
