The Death of Flight Lieutenant Olufade Alfred Ayodeji has been described as a tragic loss to Nigeria and Kogi State in particular and one too many.
Otunba Adeniyi Olayemi (So’Mi Edumare) Kogi West Peoples Democratic Party Senatorial Aspirant stated this in a statement to çondole with the family of the deceased, the people of Ijumu LGA and Kogi State in general, said the nation has lost another rare gem.
While the aspirant commiserate with the people of Ayere community, Kabba-Bunu/ Ijumu Federal Constituency, Okun Nation, Kogi West Senatorial District, and Kogi State, he described the death of Flt. Lt. A.A. Olufade, in an air crash that occurred somewhere in Kaduna as one becoming a reoccurring decimal, calls for proper investigation leading to the crash.
The PDP Senatorial Aspirant described the death of Flt. Lt. Olufade and others including the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. General A. Attahiru as most shocking, painful and saddening, said the sad episode calls for sober reflection.
Otunba Adeniyi Olayemi (So’Mi Edumare) Kogi West Peoples Democratic Party Senatorial Aspirant described the Ijumu LGA officer as one with a brilliant and promising career but was cut short in the crash, urged the deceased Family to take solace in the fact that within a short stint, Late Olufade left a lasting legacies.
While praying for the reposed of the soul of the deceased Gallant officer, the Senatorial District Aspirant, prayed God to repose his soul and the family the fortitude to bear the loss.
