The forum of Permanent Secretaries of the Kogi State Civil Service wishes to categorically state that Kogi State Civil Servants received arrears of their 6 (Six) months Salaries from the Bail-Out fund.
The period covers from February, 2019 to July, 2019 respectively.
The Permanent Secretaries, including the current Head of Civil Service utilized the arrears of Salaries for various development projects to which facts abound.
To the best of our knowledge, the Bail-Out Fund in the sum of N20,000,000,000 (Twenty Billion Naira) was duly utilized for the purpose intended.
