This is to inform the general public that kogi state college of health sciences and technology idah, has commenced the sales of form for HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
The message was made available to the press after an extraordinary meeting of the College Council.
The form is available at the registrar office within the college premises.
Eligibility
1. A Certificate in Health Records Technician, Professional Piploma, or National Diploma
2. A five credit in O.Level certificate including mathimatics, English, biology, physics and chemistry, state of origin and birth certificate.
