KOGI STATE CAN CHAIRMAN, APOSTLE PASTOR DR. ADEBAYO EMMANUEL OLANIYAN FELICITATES WITH CHRISTIANS AT CHRISTMAS
The Chairman of Christian Association of Nigeria, CAN, Kogi State Chapter, Special Apostle Dr. Adebayo Emmanuel Olaniyan has felicitated with Christians in Kogi State on the occasion of Christmas 2023.
The Leader of the body of Christ in the state in a press briefing to mark the event declared 2023 Christmas as a Joyful one.
Special Apostle Olaniyan appreciates God for the gift of Jesus, the born King of Kings, the Lamb of God who came to redeem the world from perdition. According to the CAN Chairman, Jesus is the reason for the season and if Christ had not come, mankind would have been doomed for ever but thank God for Jesus, the Messiah of the Universe.
The Clergy equally thanked God for the Government of Kogi State under the leadership of Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello , Executive Governor of kogi state and Friend of Christians for providing the enabling environment for all Christians in the State to freely worship God. He also thanked God for answering the prayers for a peaceful election which was responsible for the emergence of a New Governor Elect, Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo and Deputy Governor Elect, Elder Joel salifu Oyibo.
The State CAN Chairman said Christians in kogi state will continue to pray for the newly elected leaders in the state for God’s guidance and wisdom to pilot the affairs of the state
For the Christians, Special Apostle Dr. Olaniyan Adebayo urged them to replicate the love of Christ by sharing with others in this yuletide. “Christ is love, let us fill the atmosphere with same” he added.
While urging all to be law abiding as they celebrate, the number One Christian in the State declared “It is a Joyful, merry Christmas to all” and a Prosperous New Year in advance.
