Kogi RATTAWU Celebrates Comrade Edoka’s Appointment As Special Adviser To Governor on Labour Matters

 

Lokoja, April 24, 2024

The Radio Television Theatre and Art Workers’ Union of Nigeria (RATTAWU), Kogi State council, has congratulated Comrade Onuh Edoka on his appointment as the Special Adviser on Labour Matters to His Excellency, Gov. Ahmed Usman Ododo.

Comrade Onuh Edoka is the immediate past Chairman of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Kogi State Chapter.

The State’s Chairman of RATTAWU, Comrade Haruna Isa, in his congratulatory message on Wednesday in Lokoja, described Edoka’s appointment as a well deserved one based on his wealth of experience as labour leader.

Isa appreciated the Governor for choosing one of their own in the organised labour union, adding that Edoka would bring his vast knowledge and experience to bear in his new office.

“We sincerely appreciate His Excellency, Gov. Ahmed Usman Ododo for appointing one of our own in the organised Labour union in the person of Comrade Onuh Edoka, the immediate past Kogi NLC Chairman, as the Special Adviser on Labour Matters.

“We congratulate Edoka on his well deserved appointment because being a labour man there is no doubt he would stand for labour union.

“Comrade Onuh Edoka will bring his wealth of experience to bear in advising the governor on the best way and approach to addressing labour matters in the state.
