Kogi PSJNC Chairman commends Govt on appointment of Comr. Onuh Edoka as S.A on Labour, describes it as apt
Chairman of the Public Service Joint Negotiating Council, PSJNC, in Kogi State, Comrade Olusegun Alemeru has described the appointment of Comrade Onuh Edoka as Special Adviser to the Governor on Labour as apt.
Comrade Olusegun Alemeru, while speaking to Newsmen, noted that the labour boss has so far proved his competence in the union, both at the state, national level and internationally.
According to him, by the appointment, the present administration has began the fulfilment of its promise to partner with the organized labour as seen through the appointment.
He assured that the appointee will continue his legacy of hard work, sincerity in the discharge of his new responsibility.
The PSJNC Chairman felicitated with Comrade Edoka and the organized labour on the positive development and the state NLC Chairman, expressing optimism that he will not disappoint the people of the state.
Comrade Olusegun Alemeru commended Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo and his Deputy for taking the bold decision, with the expectations that the state work force will heave a sigh of relief under the present administration.
Comrade Olusegun Alemeru added that the Public Service Joint Negotiating Council will continue to encourage productivity as well as put the interest of the workers above personal gains in line with the principle of fair play and the fear of God
