KOGI PDP PUBLICITY SECRETARY CONGRATULATES ENEMONA ANYEBE OVER HIGH COURT JUDGMENT ON JOHN OJODALE V. ENEMONA ANYEBE & PDP
Alh. Umoru Tijani Aruwa, Kogi State Publicity Secretary of the People’s Democratic Party has sent a message of congratulations to Enemona Anyebe over his victory at the State High Court in a suit challenging his eligibility to contest as the Chairman of the State PDP.
Recalled that Enemona Anyebe was dragged to court stating that he is not eligible to contest as PDP Chairman following his alleged serial suspension at the Ward by the Party according to the claimant, John Ojodale. The case was however dismissed by Justice Yahaya Adamu of the State High Court.
According to the State Publicity Secretary, the court in the suit
JOHN OJODALE V. ENEMONA ANYEBE & PDP, Today 25th Day of February, 2025, dismissed the case in favor of Enemona Anyebe.
He said the Kogi state High Court presided over by Hon. Justice Yahaya Adamu dismissed in its entirety the case filed by the surrogate claimant.
The Court concluded that the claimant did not adduced sufficient affidavit evidence to prove the claims in the papers filed by the claimant, further held that the case has no merit.
The PDP Publicity Secretary therefore on behalf of the state Leadership of the Party, extend his congratulations to the Chairman, Hon Anyebe and the entire PDP family.
