Kogi PDP Chair Gambo Rallies Members for E-Registration, Says Exercise Key to 2027 Victory
The Kogi State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Hon. Muhammed Sanni Gambo, has called on all PDP members and Kogites to participate in the ongoing PDP e-registration exercise, describing it as “what is needed to vote and be voted for.”
Hon. Gambo, in a statement issued in Lokoja on Thursday, urged members to use the code sent by the Abdulrahman Muhammed-led leadership, which he described as the authentic platform for registration.
He challenged party faithful to seize the “golden opportunity” to get registered, stressing that the PDP remains “one united family” despite recent challenges.
“Registration is the first step to reclaiming power. You cannot vote or contest if you are not captured in the party’s authentic register,” Gambo said.
The chairman further disclosed that arrangements have been concluded to field candidates for all elective offices in the 2027 general elections. He tasked members to close ranks, shun division, and remain united ahead of the polls.
“The PDP in Kogi is preparing fully for 2027. Our strength is in our unity and our numbers. I call on every ward and local government to mobilize aggressively for this e-registration,” he added.
