Kogi PDP Chair Gambo Rallies Kogi East for Mass E-Registration, Says Zone ‘Holds the Ace’

The Kogi State Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Hon. Muhammed Sanni Gambo, has urged the people of Kogi East to turn out en masse and register in the party’s ongoing e-registration exercise.
Gambo charged members from the Igala/Bassa to “show their strength in population” and take their rightful place in the PDP, lamenting that despite its numbers, Kogi East still lags behind the West and Central zones in registration.
“Do not throw away this opportunity,” he said, appealing to residents of the zone to participate fully.
The PDP chairman called for peace and unity among members and urged aggrieved stakeholders to “put the past behind, forgive, and join hands” in building a virile PDP in the state.
He commended those who have already registered in Kogi East and across the state, describing the East as the zone that “holds the ace.” He added, however, that the zone can only leverage that advantage if its people come out to register.
Gambo described the PDP as “a party for the future” and expressed confidence that the party would win National Assembly and Governorship elections in 2027.
