Kogi: Obaro Approves N20m Constituency Project
Hon. Emmanuel Obaro, member representing Yagba East Constituency in the Kogi State House of Assembly, has approved the sum of N20 million for constituency projects to be executed across the ten wards of the constituency.
Obaro disclosed this on Friday during a chat with the YAGBA VOICE Correspondent in Isanlu.
He explained that each of the ten wards would receive N2 million worth of projects under the arrangement, stressing that the initiative was aimed at ensuring even distribution of democratic dividends.
According to him, the move became necessary to touch every ward with developmental projects that will directly impact the lives of the people at the grassroots.
“This is about fairness and inclusiveness. We want every ward to feel the impact of representation. That is why N2 million has been earmarked per ward under this project scheme,” Obaro said.
He assured that the projects would be monitored to ensure proper implementation and urged community leaders to support the initiative for maximum results.
Obaro reaffirmed his commitment to providing quality representation and improving the welfare of his constituents.
