Kogi NULGE President Felicitates With Muslim Faithfuls on the celebration of Eid-El-Fitr


 

The President, Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees, Comr. Tade Adeyemi has congratulated Muslim faithfuls, especially Members of the Union on the celebration of this year’s Eid-El-Fitr which signified the end of the Ramadan fasting session.

 

In a statement he personally signed and issued to Newsmen, Comr. Tade thanked God for making the Muslim ummah witness another end of Ramadan, prayed God for sustainance and to witness many more celebration.

Comr. Tade urged Muslims to hold on to the lessons of the holy month of the Ramadan, urged for the spirit of sacrifice, self piety and total abstainance even after the holy month.

Comr. Tade said the completion of the fasting period and the Holy Month of Ramadan, believed that God has heard their prayers and supplications during the period. He prayed that the blessings of their sacrifices shall reflect positive changes in their individual lives and that of the country.

Comr. Tade urged the Members to hold on to sustained prayers, believing that prayer changes things, expressed optimism that the challenges facing the Union would one day be a thing of the past.

Comr. Tade prayed God to grant the members long life and the good health that would continue to make them witness many more Eid El Fitr.
