The Kogi State Council of Nigeria Union of Journalists would tomorrow Wednesday continue it Media Parley For Aspirants in the forthcoming Governorship Election.
A statement issued by Jerry Ocheme, Chairman and Abu Michael, Secretary, Media Parley Planning Committee, said the Governorship Media Parley For Aspirants irrespective of Political Parties, began on Monday.
The statement said the NUJ is empowered by virtue of section 22 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, to hold public office holders and those seeking public office accountable.
The Union called on the Governorship Aspirants to take advantage of the platform provided to unveil their mission and vision to the delegates ahead of the various Parties Primaries and by extension the people of Kogi State.
The Media Parley which hold at the NUJ Press Centre Lokoja each day, has scheduled Murtala Yakubu Ajaka, Prof. Stephen Ocheni, Dr. Sanusi Ohiare and Barr. Abdulsalaam Ozigi Deedat to make appearance on Wednesday, 5th April, 2023.
