The People of Bassa Local Government Area have been called upon to vote massively for candidates of their choice in the forth coming Governorship Election.
A Political Leader in Bassa Local Government Area Mallam Dauda Isah Achenyo made the call while speaking with News men in Lokoja.
Mallam Dauda said Bassa people should belong to the ruling party for the Progress of the area noting that unity, peace is pivotal to growth of any society.
According to him the era of disunity was over pointing out that the Bassa Kwomu,Egbira, Bassa nge is crested by one God.
The Political Leader appealed to Governor Yahaya Bello to consider the reappointment of anotherYouth from Bassa Area as special adviser on emergency, sanitation and waste management to give the local government a sense of belonging.
Alhaji Dauda Isah Achenyo Commended Governor Yahaya Bello for his efforts to protection of lives and property and pledged the support of Bassa people to his administration.
The Political Leader appealed to Youths of the area to shun vices inmical to the development of the area adding the people of the area belong to one big family.
Alhaji Dauda Isah Achenyo appealed to the state government to construct Oguma Sheria bridge noting that the bridge is linking a major commercial center in the local government Area.
The Political Leader assured that the people of the area will continue to belong to Government at the center and prayed God to grant Governor Yahaya Bello and his
Deputy Chief Edward Onoja wisdom in good health to succeed in piloting the affairs of the state to greater height.
