Kogi Guber: Pharmacist Asuku as a Renewed Hope

True leadership lies in guiding others to success. In ensuring that everyone is performing at their best, doing the work they are pledged to do and doing it well.

For the good people of Kogi State, evidence has it that we have lived in a society obsessed with public opinion yet leadership has never been about popularity. By this implication, we set out to look for that competent leader who can get efficient service from poor troops, while on the contrary an incapable leader who can demoralise the best of troops and consolidate the GYB’s landslides achievements. And behold, we have Pharmacist Abdulkareem Muh’d Jamiu Asuku to sail our boat in the Guber polls.

Chief Asuku sees his responsibilities as getting all players playing for the name on the front of the jersey, not the one on the back. Suffice to justify the supreme quality of leadership is integrity.

Before he was settled for by the good people of Kogi State to be replicated by APC delegates in the forthcoming Indirect Primary Election of our great party, they saw in him, ascertained readiness of championing the very essence of the confluence state which his readiness will now influence a variety of outcomes — including turnover, senatorial districts satisfaction, revenue generation, productivity, and more. Put succinctly, Asuku is set to create employee engagement and passion, which will lead to higher levels of constituent’s loyalty, service improvement, innovation, and ultimately profits for all.

As part of his purpose of accepting this course, Pharmacist Asuku has clear understanding of our state’s purpose and what he must do to make it a reality. His championing is not only to guide nor identifies, he understands and has been communicating with various stakeholders and instilling motivation on those who have lost interest in governance.

As we anticipate into his victory, we have seen an upright, honest, punctual and role model whose interest is the general satisfaction of those he would represent. In Asuku, we have seen values such as accountability and taking responsibility when things go wrong all to ascertain his general accordance as First Class Leader.
