KOGI FORMER DEPUTY GOVERNOR GREETS NIGERIANS, KOGITES AT NEW YEAR
The former Deputy Governor of Kogi State, Elder Simon Achuba has congratulated Nigerians on this year’s celebration of new year.
Achuba, in a new year massage signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Akor Sylvester, extended his heart felt felicitation to all Nigerians and Kogi State in particular for overcoming the challenges of 2024 and making it to 2025 in God’s glory.
He said the hardship in 2024 as a result of the removal of subsidy remains in the minds of most Nigerians, expressing hope that God in His infinite mercy will come to the rescue of Nigerians in the year 2025.
The former Deputy Governor who prayed God for intervention in all aspects of human lives in the new year, expressed confidence that 2025 would usher in brighter days and greater opportunities for the country.
He called on all Nigerians to be strong in prayers for a new Nigeria that generations to come would be proud of, while thanking God for the unity of the country.
On Kogi state, the former Deputy Governor prayed God for refreshed hope and unprecedented opportunities for all Kogites in this new year.
He emphasised the importance of resilience and collective efforts in building a new Kogi state characterized by peace and prosperity.
“As we enter this new chapter, let us build on the lessons of 2024 and remain steadfast in our commitment to peace, progress, security, and development of our dear state”, he said.
