Kogi Education Commissioner On Study Tour, Leads State Delegation To Rwanda
The Kogi State Commissioner For Education, Science and Technology, Hon. Wemi Jones has led a delegation in the sector to Rwanda on study tour.
Hon. Jones disclosed that the tour is to enable the strengthening of the State education sector through a peer review mechanism.
The Commissioner described the present administration of Gov Ahmed Usman Ododo as one committed to strengthening the education sector, with human capital development.
Part of the activities of the study tour was a Roundtable Workshop on the importance of data Management: understanding the significance of data management in education, impact of improved data management on educational outcomes, data governance, privacy and ethics, among others.
