Kogi State Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, FCIB, has felicitated with the Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, Dr. Salisu Ogbo Usman, on the occasion of his 49th birthday celebration.
A statement by the Commissioner and made available to newsmen on Tuesday in Lokoja, described the landmark achievements of the Rector since he assumed office as unprecedented.
”On behalf of the management and staff of the Kogi State Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, I heartily felicitate with Dr. Salisu Ogbo Usman, the Rector of the Kogi State Polytechnic on the joyous occasion of his 49th birthday.
”We aveer that your distinguished landslide achievements in the education sector of the state is unprecedented and cannot be overemphasized.
”Your contributions to education development in our institutions of higher learning, first at the Abubakar Audu University where you served at various worthy positions; and the Kogi State Polytechnic, where you have continued to make indelible marks as the Rector remain unmatched in the annals of education records of the state.
”We pray that God who has helped you thus far will strengthen you the more as you continue to pilot the affairs of the state polytechnic to a higher pedestal.
”May you live long in good health and greater strength our dear Rector”, he said.
