The Kogi State Government has begun the payment of June salaries and pension to workers.
The Kogi State Commissioner for Finance, Budget and Economic Planning, Mukadam Asiwaju Asiru Idris, made the confirmation while speaking with the Nigerianpost.
He disclosed that with the Commencement of the payment today, all workers would by hopefully tomorrow receive their salaries and pension.
It be recalled that workers had since been expecting salaries with the sharing of the may 2021 allocation which was done by the weekend last week.
