The Kogi State Government has begun the payment of December salaries and Pension.
According to the Commissioner for Finance, Budget and Economic Planning, Asiwaju Asiru Idris, all workers would by tomorrow morning have their accounts credited.
The salaries and Pension were paid after the account of the state government was credited several days after the Federal Allocation Committee Meeting.
The Commissioner wished the workers a merry Christmas and a prosperous new year, assurring that the State Governor would continue to make the payment of salaries and pension topmost on its priority.
