Kogi Assembly Confirms Justice Henry Olusuyi as Chief Judge.


 

The Kogi State House of Assembly have confirmed the appointment of Justice Henry Olusuyi as the State Chief Judge.

The confirmation of the Chief Judge followed the recommendation of Justice Olusuyi by the National Judicial Council to Gov. Yahaya Bello.

With the confirmation of Justice Olusuyi by the assembly, he becomes the substantive Chief Judge of the State, after his appointment four months ago by Gov. Yahaya Bello.

The Assembly at today’s plenary, in a unanimous vote, confirmed the appointment of the State Chief Judge.

Justice Olusuyi is now the third Chief Judge of the State, after Justice Umoru Eri, Justice Nasiru Ajanah.
