Engr. Aliyu Momoh’s emergence as the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Kogi State is a victory earned through years of loyalty, sacrifice, and steadfast service to the people.
It is also a moment that resonates deeply with all who know his journey as an astute, long standing politician of repute whose political life has been shaped by resilience, discipline, and an unshakable belief in the ideals of progressive governance.
This milestone is not merely an election, it is the due reward for a man who has given his all to party politics in Kogi Central and beyond, standing firm when it mattered most.
As a former Special Adviser to the Executive Governor on Project Monitoring, Engr. Momoh Ezzu has consistently displayed rare administrative and professional capacity, political tact, and integrity and carrying out his duties with diligence, integrity and competence.
He is a jolly, no-nonsense fellow whose simplicity of character blends perfectly with a strong sense of purpose. His style of leadership inspires confidence, his words command respect, and his actions speak of a man who understands both governance and grassroots politics. His elevation to the revered position of State APC Chairman is a clear affirmation that commitment and character still count in public service, no matter what. And based on all the above, I have no doubt that he will bring the wealth of experience acquired over the years to bear in the discharge of the responsibilities of his new office.
I wholeheartedly salute and appreciate His Excellency, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, FCA, for his reward system, capacity leadership and inclusive politics within the party and government and especially for backing the emergence of Engr Aliyu Momoh Ezzu as the State APC Chairman.
