Kaduna Electric Chairman, Senate Hopeful, QS Aminu Abubakar Visits Okai, Abocho Community Leader
Abocho — Alhaji Aminu Abubakar, Chairman of the Kaduna Electricity Distribution Company (KAEDCO) and a leading aspirant for the Senate in the 2027 elections, made a courtesy visit to the Abocho community on Saturday.
He was warmly received by a delegation of prominent local leaders, including renowned activist Comrade Usman Okai Austin and Hon. Wisdom Obaka, alongside several other key stakeholders from the region.
Speaking after the meeting, Comrade Okai Austin expressed his appreciation for the visit:
“Today, I had the honor of receiving QS Aminu Abubakar, Chairman of Kaduna Electric, here in Abocho, along with Hon. Wisdom Obaka and other associates. I am truly grateful for his visit.”
The visit is widely viewed as a significant political move, reinforcing QS Aminu Abubakar’s efforts to build a strong political base ahead of the 2027 general elections.
During his stay, the Chairman also attended the wedding ceremony of the son of a former Dekina PDP Local Government Chairman, held in Abocho. Observers noted that the warm reception underscores his ongoing outreach and consolidation of support across the district.
