The Executive Secretary, Kogi State office For the Disability, Barr. Zacchaeus Dare Michael, has congratulated Prince Mathew Kolawole on his victory at the Court of Appeal as the APC Flagbearer for Kabba Bunu Ijumu Federal Constituency.
Recalled that an Appeal Court sitting in Abuja, today asked the Independent National Electoral Commission to immediately include the name of Prince Mathew Kolawole as candidate for the APC for Kabba Bunu Ijumu Federal Constituency.
Recalled that the name of the Kogi State Speaker was omitted in the list published by INEC.
The Speaker headed for the Court in Lokoja to compel INEC to Include his name, an efforts that did not yield result.
The Speaker at the Appeal got respite as the Appeal Court declared him as the duly elected APC Flagbearer, asked INEC to return the name of Hon prince Mathew Kolawole back on INEC. list by court order.
Barr. Dare described the Speakers victory as sweet victory, says it is victory for APC and the people of Kabba Bunu Ijumu Federal Constituency.
With the victory, Barr. Dare assured that there is no stopping the APC in overwhelmingly winning the February General Election from top to bottom.
