INTER-AGENCY COLLABORATION: CP KOGI HOSTS NAVY COMMANDER, SOLIDIFIES SYNERGY


 

The Commissioner of Police, Kogi State Police Command, CP Ede Ayuba Ekpeji psc (+) today 29th April, 2021 played host to the newly deployed Commander of the Nigerian Navy Ship, Lugard, Commodore CE Atebi at the Command Headquarters, Lokoja.

Commodore CE Atebi disclosed his purpose of visit as to seek a way of maintaining the existing relationship between the Nigeria Police Force and the Nigerian Navy. He commended the Commissioner of Police for his commitment, dedication and passion in the fight against criminality in Kogi State. He assures the Commissioner of Police of his total support and collaboration to the Police in any areas he can to ensure that, criminal activities is reduced in the State.

The Commissioner of Police while responding to the Navy Commander, reiterates his readiness to always synergize with the Nigerian Navy and other security agencies in the State to ensure adequate security of live and property. He assures the Navy Commander of his maximum support to enable him succeed in his tenure.

Finally, the Commissioner of Police once again welcome the Navy Commander to Kogi State and wish him a peaceful and fruitful tenure.
