By joshua INTENSIVE PRAYERS HELD FOR RT. HON. LAWAL IDIRISU’S SUCCESSFUL RETURN TO THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES IN 2027
An intensive prayer session was organized today at Ganaja Nyama Nyama Road immediately after the commencement of Friday’s Jumu’ah prayers, seeking divine guidance and success for Rt. Hon. Lawal Idirisu as he prepares for the 2027 general elections.
During the gathering, participants showered encomiums on Rt. Hon. Lawal Idirisu in recognition of his remarkable contributions to the development of the community during and after his tenure as a member of the House of Representatives, representing Ajaokuta Federal Constituency.
The participants highlighted several of his contributions, including the provision of streetlights, access to clean water, and other developmental projects that have positively impacted the lives of community members.
Speaking at the event, the organizer, Hon. Shittu Idris, who established the support group known as “Hon. Lawal Again 2027,” expressed delight over Rt. Hon. Lawal Idirisu’s decision to heed the calls of his supporters and declare his intention to contest for the House of Representatives seat in 2027.
According to him, the decision to seek another mandate is a welcome development, as it presents an opportunity for Rt. Hon. Lawal Idirisu to build on his previous achievements and further contribute to the growth and development of Ajaokuta Federal Constituency.
Mallam Aminu Shuaib and other Islamic clerics present at the prayer session offered special prayers to Almighty Allah, seeking His guidance, protection, and blessings for Rt. Hon. Lawal Idirisu throughout the campaign period.
They also prayed for his success and victory in the forthcoming general elections.
The organizers reaffirmed their commitment to sustaining the prayer sessions, stating that more gatherings of this nature would be organized regularly until the 2027 general elections.
The event reflected the supporters’ appreciation of Rt. Hon. Lawal Idirisu’s past contributions and their hope for his continued service to the people of Ajaokuta Federal Constituency.
