The Editor in Chief, The Nigerian Post Newspaper, Mr. Abu Michael has sent a message of congratulations to ADM. UMARU ORICHA SHUAIBU, PhD, FCIA,
Director General, Government House Administration, Lokoja, on his Induction as a Fellow of ADMINISTRATION
by the Charted Institute of Administration, (CIA).

Mr. Abu in a statement issued to Newsmen in Lokoja described ADM UMARU ORICHA SHUAIBU, PhD, FCIA, Director General, Government House Administration, Lokoja as man who has paid his dues in service to the country and Kogi State in particular by being very diligent, meticulous and dedicated to the cause of administration.

He described the induction to the rank of a Fellow, the highest in administration by the Charted Institute of Administration, (CIA), as a Fellow as well deserved.

The Editor congratulated Dr. Oricha, urged him to be spurred by the promotion in his continued service in providing professional administrative solutions to problem solving.

He wished him well in other and future endeavors, described Dr. Oricha as a veritable ingredient and a well administrator per excellent in the discharge of his duties.
