The Imane development Union (IDU), has identified lack of bad road,epipletic power supply,and complete absence of health care facilities as the nadir of challenges presently confronting their Communities
The Lokoja branch Chairman of the Union, Ustaz Umaru Ogbo, made the disclosure to Newsmen in Lokoja, during a reception held in memory of
the late Mother of one of the illustrous Sons of imane,Mr Francis Alih, at the Nigeria Union of Journalists Press Central
He appealed to the state Government under the pragmatic leadership of Governor Yahaya Bello to come to their rescue has these challenges had caused untold hardship on the lives of the citizens.
Ustaz Umaru Ogbo, used the avenue to advised Youths to returned back to farm as an antedote to end societal vices like kidnapping, high ways robbering ,thieves, banditry and other unholy behaviours
which are alien to Igala land.
On security situation ,the Imane Lokoja branch Chairman, hailed the Chairman of Ankpa Local Government , Ibrahim Abor Abagwu,and his counterpart of Olamaboro Local Government area, Friday Nichodemus Adejo for working in synergy to reduce to it minimum level of all security threats in the areas’.
