The grand finale of the much talked about home coming festival 3rd edition started with the arrival of the Royal father of the day Oba Adekunle Oyelude Makama, the Chairman of Owu monarchs & Olowu of Owu kuta with his entourage from Osun State, they were royally received at the palace of the Chairman, Okun traditional council by Oba Solomon Dele Owoniyi who doubles as Obaro of Kabba. Gongonaso cultural Troup were on ground singing and dancing while receiving our August visitors.
The entourage proceeded to the main venue of the event 95 degrees event center Kabba where guests were already seated for the commencement of the event. Some highlights of the event are the official lunch of okun anthem, different cultural performances, Oba Adekunle Oyelude Makama charged for us to be united and using what we are known for(strength) to pull through.

Yeye Omoleye Adebanji Aiyelabowo( Yeye Oge of Okunland)in her empowerment segment gave out sewing machines, set up equipments for Make up artists, laptop and generator at the event.
Ogo award and iya ni wura special recognition was presented to deserving son’s and Daughters of Okunland at the event. The winner of the beauty pageant (Omidan Oge) Omidan Awe Eniola from Yagba East local government (Isanlu)got crowned, gifts presented and was placed on a monthly salary for 6months. Special appreciation to Agbana of Isanlu kingdom, Olu okebukun of Okebukun, Obaro of Odo ape,Massi of Agbaja , Chief imam Yoruba Sheilk Abdulraheem Aduragba and Banjana of Obajana.
