IGP’S FAMILY WELFARE INSURANCE: CP EDWARD EGBUKA psc, PRESENTS CHEQUES WORTH N9,800,000.00 TO THE FAMILIES OF 14 DECEASED POLICE OFFICERS


 

Today, Thursday 14th July, 2022. The Commissioner of Police Kogi State Police Command, CP Edward Egbuka psc, presented cheques worth N9,800,000 .00 on behalf of Inspector General of Police, IGP Alkali Baba Usman psc (+), NPM, fdc to the families of 14 Police Officers who died in active service.

 

The gesture is part of IGP’s “Family welfare Insurance” aimed at improving the welfare of the families of the deceased Police Officers and also to boost the morale of other Officers who are in active service.

The Commissioner of Police while presenting the cheques, appreciates the Inspector General of Police, IGP Alkali Baba Usman psc (+), NPM, fdc, for assisting in reducing the hardship faced by the families of the deceased Police Officers. He urged the beneficiaries to make judicious use of the money for the betterment of their families.
