IDUORIYEKEMWEN COMMISERATES WITH EDO JOURNALISTS.

The former Commissioner representing Edo State in the Niger Delta Development Commission NDDC, Hon Matthew A. IDUORIYEKEMWEN has commiserated with Journalists in Edo State over the recent death of their colleagues.

Hon Matthew IDUORIYEKEMWEN in  condolence messages sent to the leadership and members of the NUJ and Correspondents Chapel respectively, said “the death of the senior journalists, Sunny Ojieduma and Alhaji Usman Abudah came as a rude shock to me and other Nigerians who valued the works of journalists in the country”.

The former Majority Leader, Edo state House of Assembly, Hon IDUORIYEKEMWEN said “the deceased have served the state and nation with their chosen careers and deserves our respect and honour in death”.

In the Condolence messages, copies of which were made available to newsmen, Hon Matthew IDUORIYEKEMWEN condole with the journalists in Edo state stating that “their transition at this time is painful but we must all have confidence in God that He knows better.”

He then “prayed to God to give the various families and journalists the fortitude to Bear the loss.”
