The Independent National Electoral Commission has officially presented the Certificate of Return to Hon. Daniel Enefola Ojata of the Peoples Democratic Party.
The event took place at the state INEC headquarters Lokoja today.
Ojota Daniel Enefola was the PDP candidate in the 5th December, 2020 Ibaji State Constituency Bye Election.
He lost to the APC but got his victory at the Federal High Court, consequently was presented with the certificate of return.
