Member representing Lokoja/Kogi Federal Constituency, Hon. Shaba Ibrahim MHR; has facilitated the renovation and equipping of an ICT centre in Government Science Secondary School in Koton Karfi, Kogi Local Government of Kogi State.
While handing out the centre on Saturday, Hon. Shaba Ibrahim restated his commitment to continually bring dividends of democracy to the constituency.
“With this ICT centre, computer science students and all our constituents shall gain immensely as they will be able to learn digital skills here. As we all know, the world is gradually now a global village, courtesy of the advent of information technology. With this ICT centre now renovated and equipped, our constituents will be better connected to the rest part of the world through information technology and furthermore they will be able to develop digital skills with which they can become self-employed and even go on to become employers of labour as the digital and information technology world has a lot of job prospects ranging from graphics design to website development, to mention but a few,” Hon. Shaba Ibrahim said, while handing out the ICT centre as now renovated and equipped, on Saturday.
