Chairman of Nigeria/Russia Parliamentary Group and Lokoja/Kogi Rep Member, Hon. Shaba Ibrahim MHR; has felicitated with Alhaji Abdulrasaq Isah Koto, Ohimege of Igu Kotonkarfe kingdom on his ninth year anniversary on the throne.

Your words of advice, words of wisdom and advocacy for community development are indeed highly appreciated. You are outstanding as a traditional ruler,” Hon. Shaba said in the felicitation message.
