Kogi State will be fielding a total of 8 major and other athletes to represent the State in the forthcoming weekend Lagos Access Bank International Marathon.
Speaking with the Nigerianpost, Olajide Peters leader of the State’s contingent said the athletes will be very proud to attach their participation and any success recorded to support GYB to PYB vision 2023.
Kogi State born Olajide Peters and Member of Nigeria Athletics Masters NAM urged for prayers for a successful outing.
The Kogi State athletes according to the team leader, said Access bank marathon register member from Kogi state will be running with their serial number, name, and age.
Abdullah Makudi will be running with N0. 20 is
54 years, Olajide Femi Peters will run with N0 23 is 41 year old.
N0. 21 Aiyedogbon Abayomi is 38 years,
N0 25. Adeyemi Adunni 42 years, N0 24, Abdulmalik Abdulrahaman 41 years, N0 31. Muritala Mohammed 51 years,
N0 28. Gabriel Sunday, 37 years.
