The Member Representing Ajaokuta Federal Constituency Hon. Lawal Muhammadu Idirisu felicitates with all Muslims Ummah across the globe for the celebration of Idil- fitr.
The Member who firstly appreciated almighty Allah for making us to witnessed the beginning and the end of the holy Month of Ramadan Kareem pray for us to witness many more years in sound health inshallah. Charges all the Muslims to pray for almighty Allah to shower His mercy on us accept our fasting as an act of Iba’dat and forgive our transgressions.
Also pray for the departed Muslims Brothers and Sisters who couldn’t witness this Ramadan for their gentle souls to rest in peace and almighty Allah grant them aljanatu Firdausi.
Eid- fitr literally translates into the occasion of the breaking of the fast . The festival marks the closing of the month of Ramadan fast as it is a season of charity, a festival for self introspection. Noting that the season
has a deep spiritual significance for all , the auspicious day is a period to pay gratitude to the divine light for all the wonderful things around us .
He further said with the sight of the moon , Ramadan Kareem is over for the year 2021 . May Allah (SWA) grant us the Tawfeeq to apply to gems of wisdom from Ramadan into our daily activities.
In Addition he urges all the Muslims to see this period as a sober reflection and pray for the peace of this nation so that we can overcome the insecurity challenges and the Covid-19 global pandemic threatening our peace and also affecting our economy.
