Kogi State Muslims have been urged to stay glue to the both moral and spiritual lessons during the holy month of Ramadan.
In a press statement made available to the press from the stable of the Kogi State Environment and Ecological Management’s Commissioner, Hon. Joseph Oluwasegun enjoined the Muslim Ummah in Kogi West Senatorial District and Kogi State at large, to pray for his excellency the executive governor of Kogi State, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo and not to relent as they reinvigorate from the rigorous self abstinence from total edibilities and other leisures, during the days, for a lengthy period of thirty days.
The director general of Youths Mobilisations in Kogi West during the ODODO/OYIBO 2023 governorship electioneering described, the Muslims who were able to fulfill the fourth tenents of Islamic principles as loyal and dedicated Muslims.
In the Ramadan Messages, the Hon. Commissioner appreciates his excellency, Gov Ahmed Usman Ododo’s untired zeal in consolidating on the good governance of his predecessor, the Kogi State political leader, his excellency, former Kogi State governor, Alh. Yahaya Bello.
Hon. Joseph reiterates Gov. Ododo’s commitment to ensure a habitable environment for the great people of Kogi State under his administration.
Engr. Joseph admonished the Muslim not to go back to all attitudes they severed during the holy month of Ramadan.
